Samsara Local production support for award-winning filmmaker Ron Fricke's newest film. “SAMSARA” is a feature-length documentary produced and directed by the same team that created “Baraka” in 1992 which won many awards including a humanitarian award from the United Nations. The film focuses on the cycle of birth, death and rebirth from the perspective of multiple cultures. The film will illuminate the links between humanity and nature visualizing how our life cycles mirror the rhythms of the planet. New Orleans was the first location for filming. |
